Brad Snyder of Marlton was charged with counterfeiting, theft by deception and computer criminal activity, Evesham police said.
On Tuesday, Sept. 26, Evesham Police detectives, with the assistance of the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, executed a search warrant and arrest warrant in the 100 building of Woodhollow Drive, Marlton, and a separate search warrant at a public storage facility in the first block of Route 70 West, Marlton.
Snyder was arrested at his home without incident, police said.
Snyder is accused of selling counterfeit health supplements online. He allegedly presented the supplements as name-brand supplement products, defrauding people online out of more than $130,000, police said.
Snyder was being held in the Burlington County Jail, in Mount Holly, pending a hearing in Superior Court.
This investigation is ongoing.
